We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and goals
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss business needs and requirements
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support business needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of business solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and developing solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
- Knowledge of business process modeling, data modeling, and process mapping tools is a plus
