We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and help protect our organization from cyber threats. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing our security systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to safeguard our computer networks and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor our computer networks and systems for security breaches and potential cyber attacks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard our computer networks and systems
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and mitigate security risks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity to ensure our systems are secure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as NIST and HIPAA
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT team members and stakeholders
