IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our internal users. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing assistance with software and hardware problems, and maintaining and troubleshooting our computer systems and peripherals.


  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests from internal users in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Install and configure software and hardware on desktop and laptop computers
  • Maintain and update our inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and peripherals
  • Provide support and training to internal users on the use of software and hardware
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues


  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal users
