Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vcareall Solution Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. In the event that a customer is not satisfied with our services, we offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their order or service request at any time. However, depending on the nature of the service and the stage of completion, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.

Refund Policy:

We understand that there may be situations where a customer may request a refund. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances surrounding the request.

In general, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Service not provided – If the service requested by the customer has not been provided, a full refund will be issued.

Service not as described – If the service provided is not as described in the agreement, the customer may request a refund.

Technical issues – If there are technical issues that prevent us from delivering the service, a refund may be granted.

Dissatisfaction with service – If a customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, a refund may be granted based on the extent of the dissatisfaction.

The refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances of each case. In some cases, a partial refund may be granted.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request being approved. The refund will be credited to the same account used for the original payment, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes to the policy will be communicated to the customer in advance.
